Welcome to Pure Imagination Studio Online  
 

Our mission at Pure Imagination Studio is to create a safe and nurturing environment where the process of learning is creative and collaborative. Our image of the child is one of capability, potential, and competency. We strive to create learning opportunities where children and teachers can come together to explore, communicate, and express themselves. We hold true to the belief that knowledge is learned from experiences with others. We believe that it is not only what a child learns, but also how a child learns that gives quality to the educational experience. Pure Imagination Studio uses the arts as a wonderful tool of communication in order to promote curiosity, encourage a childs
confidence and enhance a childs development.

Sessions
All of the classes at Pure Imagination Studio are paid thru session based on a school year calendar as listed below.

  • Session 4 - 12/05/11 - 12/17/11

  • Session 8 - 04/02/12 - 04/28/12
  • Session 9 - 04/30/12 - 05/26/12

Studio Camps

The camps we hold during various times of the year fill quickly so early registration is recommended. Camps are themed weekly yet daily registration is accepted.

  • Winter Camp Session 1 - 12/19/11 - 12/23/11
  • Winter Camp Session 2 - 12/26/11 - 12/30/11
  • Summer Session June - 06/04/12 - 06/29/12 
  • Summer Session July  - 07/02/12 - 7/27/12 

Scheduled Closures

Thanksgiving break - 11/21/11 - 11/26/11
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
New Years Eve & New Years Day
Spring Break - 03/12/12 - 03/16/12 
Summer Break - May 28th - June 2nd

Refunds

Refunds or credit cannot be given in the case of a missed class, or if a student elects to withdraw from his/her class during the session.

Absences
Due to Pure Imagination Childrens Studio small size make-ups for missed classes cannot be guaranteed. If the studio has space in an appropriate class, we will do our best to offer the student a makeup class. Most classes at the studio full; therefore, the studio depends on the parents to inform us, within 24 hours, if their child is going to miss a class. Please use our voice mail or email. Make-ups will not extend to any other session.

Clothing
We will be getting messy in our classes!! The studio will supply smocks, but please have your child dress appropriately. Clothes that can handle the wear-and tear of a working studio environment.

Donations
Pure Imagination Studio welcomes donations of art supplies or tools. Bring us anything that can inspire and find its place in a childs art project: from old shoe, mannequin head, feathers, fabric socks, dolls, sprinkler heads, rocks, sand, chairs, old drawers, buttons, shells, wood, keys, etc.
